The Especial is the union of Hoyo de Monterrey's two greatest successes, the Epicure No.1 and No.2. It has the shape of the first, and the ring gauge of the second. The cigar develops woody aromas. The regular burn fills the palate with nuances of roasted hazelnuts with a background of oily notes. The first third is quite easy, whereas the second one develops richer and more complex flavor, never too strong though. This cigar can be stored for a few years.
