A bit of history for this Whisky Clan Denny CAOL ILA 8 years old: it is the largest distillery on the island with a production of 3 million liters per year. The distillery was completely rebuilt in 1974 and is now extremely modern with a small team working in the distillery. The distillery manager today is Billy Stitchell and he follows his father, grandfather and great-grandfather. In the still room, large windows overlook the sea and Jura Island, and seals can often be seen playing in the water.
