Botran Anejo Solera 1893 rum has been aged using the "Solera" technique at an altitude of 2400 meters. It was aged in old volcanic caves, in American white oak barrels (some formerly bourbon), then in old sherry barrels and finally finished in port barrels.

Nose: complex, expressive, clear presence of charcoal, green apple, orange and Christmas sweets (cinnamon, nuts, caramel)

The palate: rather dry, perfect balance of wood from the barrel, candied fruits, red cherry, ripe fruits and spices The finish: nice length in the mouth and tonic.
