This Gavel, the little brother of the Entered Apprentice line, is wrapped in a beautiful caramel-coloured Connecticut cape. Raw, vegetal and undergrowth notes dominate. The ignition is easy and quickly offers spicy notes, dominated by white pepper. The aroma/power ratio is in perfect balance, until the end, surprising with its bouquet of gourmet flavours.
