Partagas was chosen in 2013 to produce the Gran Reserva series. This Lusitanias is unique both in its quality as well as in the fact that its production is limited to 5,000 numbered boxes. The tobacco comes from the 2007 harvest.
5 years old, this tobacco has been rolled by the greatest master rollers of the Partagas factory. Perfectly manufactured, the unlit Lusitanias has a great aromatic finesse. Much more subtle and complex than traditional Lusitanias. The first puffs are filled with notes of coffee and caramel. These first creamy plumes are slightly enhanced by the spicy notes of white pepper. The distinction of this great product is perceived more clearly at the second third. The soft and voluptuous notes fill the palate with elegance. The end is so well constructed that it encourages aficionados to smoke it until its very last centimetre.
