Cuban cigar price increase

We have been informed that Habanos S.A. has decided to strengthen its position and homogenize the prices of certain cigar brands worldwide, taking the Hong Kong public selling price as a reference.

This decision applies similarly to the Trinidad and Cohiba brands, which are consolidating their position among the elite Habanos brands, becoming the Habanos "boutique" brands par excellence.

Other brands and lines such as Montecristo, Partagás or Romeo y Julieta are also impacted and will see the prices of some of their most exclusive references increase. According to the information we received, the prices would be doubled by two. For the other relevant brands, the prices could increase in more reasonable proportions.

As a retailer, we are also forced to adapt our prices on the affected cigars, but we do our best to remain competitive on this market.
